Terms and Conditions 1. This free prize draw is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 and over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of this prize draw. 2. No purchase necessary. Only one entry per person is permitted and all entries must be made on the original online entry form. Entry forms that are incomplete, illegible or photocopied will not be accepted. 3. The prize is two entry-only tickets to the Bike Shed Show at Tobacco Docks on Saturday 24th and/or Sunday 25th May 2024. Closing date for entries is 23:59 on 12th May 2025. Entries received after this time will not be accepted. There are 10 pairs of tickets available in this giveaway, and so 10 winners will be drawn. 4. By submitting a prize draw entry, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms. 5. To enter the prize draw, entrants are required to complete the entry form at https://b2c.eun.europe.michelin.com/Bikeshed2025 and will be subject to the Michelin data privacy policy. Form submissions must be fully completed, along with personal contact details for the prize draw entry. 6. The Promoter will send the prize to the winners electronically on or before 19th May 2025. 7. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 2 days of being contacted by the Promoter to acknowledge and receive their prize, the prize will be forfeited. 8. Any travel expenses, or any other expenses in the general use or claiming of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. 9. The prize is subject to availability and is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 10. Internet access required. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind. 11. Personal data supplied during the course of this prize draw may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for administration of the Promotion and fulfilment of the prize. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is directly caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Entrants’ statutory rights are not affected. 13. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails legal.general@michelin.com or writes to the address set out in these terms (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within two months after the Closing Date of the competition. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter using the details above. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to relevant supervisory authorities on request. 14. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend this prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so. The Promoter’s decision is final. 15. The Promoter will process claimants’ data based on these terms and conditions. The Promoter will only retain claimants’ information for 3 months after the end of the Competition. If you are not happy with how we deal with your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO or DPC. Promotion - If you are a Promotion winner, your personal data may be sent to the event organisers solely to manage and administer the prize. Your data will be processed based on your agreement to the Promotion terms and conditions and will be retained for no longer than six months following the end date of the Promotion or receipt of your prize if you are a winner. Marketing – if you select to receive marketing, personal data collected for marketing purposes is being collected by Michelin. Michelin will use your consent as the legal basis for collecting your information as requested for marketing purposes. Michelin will generally retain your information until you choose to unsubscribe. However, if we have not heard from you for a while or notice that you have not opened our emails etc. in a period of 36 months, we will remove your details from our database. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at legal.general@michelin.com or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. |
