Terms and conditions
1. This free prize draw is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 and over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of this prize draw.
2. No purchase necessary. Only one entry per person is permitted and all entries must be made on the original online entry form. Entry forms that are incomplete, illegible or photocopied will not be accepted.
3. The prize is two entry tickets to the Porsche Driving Experience at Silverstone. Closing date for entries is 23:59 on 30th November 2024. Entries received after this time will not be accepted. There are 4 pairs of tickets available in this giveaway, and so 4 winners will be drawn.
3.1 The driving experience will consist of a minimum of 90 minutes driving 3.2 One-to-one coaching with a Porsche Driving Consultant3.3 Breakfast or lunch at the Porsche Driving Experience Centre
• Driving participants must hold a full, valid driving license to drive a car upon public highways in the UK • To be eligible to drive any of the Turbo models, you must be aged 21 or over • To be eligible to drive any of the 911 GT models, you must be aged 25 or over • Drivers over the age of 80 should contact the team to discuss possible arrangements • You must be medically fit and not have any medical conditions which will affect your ability to drive • Any accompanying guests aged 16 or under must be supervised by an adult at all times whilst on the premise 4. By submitting a prize draw entry, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms.
5. To enter the prize draw, entrants are required to complete the entry form at https://b2c.eun.europe.michelin.com/PDE2024 and will be subject to the Michelin data privacy policy. Form submissions must be fully completed, along with personal contact details for the prize draw entry.
6. The Promoter will contact the winners on or before 12th December 2024 to arrange to send the prize to the winners by post.
7. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 5 days of being contacted by the Promoter to acknowledge and receive their prize, the prize will be forfeited.
8. Any travel expenses, or any other expenses in the general use or claiming of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
9. The prize is subject to availability and is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
10. Internet access required. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
11. Personal data supplied during the course of this prize draw may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for administration of the Promotion and fulfilment of the prize. Please see the Privacy Statement below for further information.
12. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is directly caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.
13. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails legal.general@michelin.com or writes to the address set out in these terms (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within two months after the Closing Date of the competition. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter using the details above. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to relevant supervisory authorities on request.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend this prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so. The Promoter’s decision is final.
15. This prize draw is governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Marketing – if you select to receive marketing communications, personal data collected for marketing purposes is being collected by Force 24 Ltd for and on behalf of Michelin (solely to manage marketing consents). Michelin will use your consent as the legal basis for marketing purposes. Michelin will generally retain your information until you choose to unsubscribe. However, if we have not heard from you for a while or notice that you have not opened our emails in a period of 36 months, we will remove your details from our database. You can opt out of marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe link in each email. |
